ELC Registration and Enrollment

ELC Registration

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at the Early Learning Center! The ELC Lottery Application for the 2024-25 school year is available from November 1, 2023 - January 8th, 2024. Please review the 2024-25 Application Information for Families prior to completing your application. We welcome families interested in enrolling in ELC to join us on an upcoming tour. Tours will be offered at our Oak Knoll and Laurel ELC campuses.

To inquire about enrollment for the current school year, please email earlylearning@mpcsd.org.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Children must be 3 years old by December 1st of the school year
  • Children must be fully toilet-trained by the first day of school

Enrollment Priorities

  • Priority 1 – Current and former ELC students and their siblings

  • Priority 2 - MPCSD Siblings  (consideration for placement at OK or LL will be made if applicant has a sibling at one of those schools)

  • Priority 3 - MPCSD non-sibling residents 

  • Priority 3 - MPCSD Staff 

  • Priority 4 - Children who live outside of the MPCSD boundaries

  • Priority 5- Children whose families apply after January 8, 2024​​​​​

Tuition Assistance Priorities

  1. Current and former ELC students and their siblings

  2. District residents and Tinsley eligible English Learners with siblings in MPCSD 

  3. District residents and Tinsley eligible students with siblings in MPCSD 

  4. Children of MPCSD Staff

  5. Tinsley eligible English learners with intention to attend MPCSD (non-siblings)

  6. All Tinsley eligible students with intention to attend MPCSD
