ELC Inclusion

The Early Learning Center at Laurel is co-located with the Heritage Oak Children’s Center (HOCC), which offers specialized supports to children with special needs and their families.  Children from the ELC and HOCC will have regular opportunities to play and socialize together in their classrooms and on the playgrounds, providing value to children in both programs.
